A burst pipe is not a browsing session. The person on a phone wants the registration, a number that is obviously for call-outs, and a straight answer about whether you come to their street. We put those three things on the first screen.
The Gas Safe number is yours. We show the business registration, and an engineer’s licence number if you want that on the page as well. We do not invent a number, and we do not imply you are registered when you are not. A customer can check it with Gas Safe. The site only has to stop them hunting for it.
Emergency call-out needs a few plain sentences in your words. What you will come out for. Which hours. Which postcodes. A dead boiler in January is not the same job as a washer booked for Thursday. If you do not do nights, say so. The angry call is usually the one where the page was vague.
Areas covered means the towns and estates you actually drive. A list is enough on a short site. A page for every town is a bigger build, and that belongs on Expert Pro rather than the starter package.
Reviews stay honest. We can place quotes you already have, when you are allowed to use them. We will not write a review, invent a star rating, or lift a line from another firm. If you have none yet, the page does not pretend.
Foundational is the package we suggest for a typical plumbing firm. Three pages hold the number, the emergency line, the areas, a way to get in touch, and a short set of those reviews. Expert is for separate pages on boilers, bathrooms or landlord certificates. Expert Pro is the one with a page per area, or a booking link if planned work is booked that way.

The starter price for a plumbing site is £99 for the first 5 clients, then £199. That pays for up to three pages, a contact form or a booking link you already use, and the domain in your name. One revision. Seven days once your words and photos are in, then 30 days to correct mistakes. We ask to show the finished site, a short testimonial, and a Google review. Hosting is aimed at a free tier. A new logo, a shop, and a portal are outside this one. Renewal of the domain later is the registrar’s own bill.

£499, once, when boilers, bathrooms and certificates each need a page of their own. Search is set up, revisions run to two rounds, and support lasts 12 months. In that year we fix faults, check the site is up and the form still sends, and make a couple of small text or photo edits a month. We plan to finish two weeks after the content is actually ready.

£699, once. Expert, then pages for the patches you cover, and a choice of a booking link or a simple login. The same capped support runs for 24 months. Choose one of those two in the brief. Both only if we have already agreed.

On the first screen, beside the phone number, not tucked into a footer. We use the registration you give us. We do not make one up, and we do not add a badge you have not earned.
How do we explain emergency call-out?
In your words: the jobs you will turn out for, the hours, and the streets you will cross. If you stop at 6pm, the page should say that, so nobody rings you at midnight for a job you do not take.
Can we list the areas we cover?
Yes. A list of towns fits a Foundational site. A separate page for each town is Expert Pro, because that is more than three pages.
Will you write reviews for the firm?
No. We can show reviews you already have, if you are allowed to quote them. We will not invent a householder, a rating, or a sentence of praise.
Is Foundational enough for a plumber?
For most one-van firms, yes. Move to Expert if the job types need their own pages. Move to Expert Pro if you want a page for each area you cover, or a booking link for planned work.
