What we keep, and how to get rid of it

Quorum Digital is Wayne Licquorish, in the UK. This page covers the marketing site at quorumdigital.co.uk: enquiries, accounts, and deletion. It is not a mailing list.

Enquiries

The contact form is sent through FormSubmit to waynelico@gmail.com. We use your name, email, and message, plus anything else you type (business, offer, phone, and so on), to reply and to see whether a Foundational or Expert site fits.

FormSubmit is the form host. They receive the submission so they can deliver the email. We don’t add you to a list, and we don’t pass the enquiry to an ads network.

Accounts

If you create a login, the account service stores the name, email, and password hash, and any phone number or business name you gave. This website does not keep the password. Creating an account does not order a site and does not make you an admin. You can’t pick a role on the form.

After you sign in, the browser holds a session cookie named qd_session. It is HttpOnly, so page script can’t read it, and it is limited to this site (Path=/). It lasts until you close the browser, or until you log out. The account page shows the name, email, and contact number we hold. For a client account it also shows the business name and status.

If you ask to reset a password, we email a link to that address. The link sets a new password. It does not sign you in by itself.

Deletion

Email waynelico@gmail.com and say which address the enquiry or account uses. Wayne will delete the enquiry email and the account we hold for that request. If a record has to be kept for a legal reason, he’ll say so. This site does not take card payments.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. They see ordinary connection data, such as IP address and browser, because they host the pages. There is no separate analytics tag on these pages.
