What you pay, and when
Foundational is £99 for the first 5 clients, then £199. You pay the full Foundational price by bank transfer after you approve the preview, and before the site goes live.
Expert is £499 once. Expert Pro is £699 once. Those one-off prices are the headlines.
Nothing is due up front. You see the work first. Walk away from the draft and pay nothing.
We don’t take card payments on this website. You pay by bank transfer.
The deposit
We ask for a 10% deposit on Expert (£49.90) and Expert Pro (£69.90) when you approve the preview and before the full build. The balance is paid by bank transfer before go-live.
Foundational has no deposit. It is the full price, after you approve the preview, before go-live.
Expert pay-monthly
or £9.99 a month (6-month minimum). That is another way to start Expert. After the 6 months it continues month to month. It is not a way to pay for Expert Pro, which stays £699 once.
To cancel after the minimum, email hello@quorumdigital.co.uk at least one month before the next payment. During the first 6 months you buy it out instead of cancelling. The buy-out is what is left of the £499 Expert price, after the monthly payments you have already made.
While you pay monthly, the domain stays in Quorum Digital’s name. When you buy it out, or when the arrangement ends, we transfer the domain into your name. On a one-off package the domain is registered in your name from day one. A care plan on its own does not change whose name the domain is in.
Care and Care Plus
After the included support, we offer optional care plans you can cancel any time. Care is £15 a month: hosting watch, uptime monitoring, 30 minutes of small edits, and a monthly one-page report. Care Plus is £35 a month: Care, plus 1 hour of edits, Google Business Profile posts, and a review-request link.
You can skip them. Cancelling a care plan does not take the site down.
If we stop trading
On a one-off package, the domain is registered in your name. On Expert pay-monthly, the domain is in Quorum Digital’s name until you buy it out or the arrangement ends, and then we transfer it into your name.
