Terms for a Quorum website

You pay once

Foundational, Expert, and Expert Pro are each a single payment. There is no monthly fee on those one-off packages.

Expert pay-monthly

The £499 one-off price stays the headline. Expert Pro stays £699 once.

Expert pay-monthly is £9.99 a month, for a minimum of 6 months. After that it continues month to month until you cancel or buy it outright. To cancel after the minimum, email hello@quorumdigital.co.uk at least one month before the next payment. We stop at the end of that notice. During the first 6 months, you buy it outright instead of cancelling. To own it outright, pay what is left of the £499 Expert price. We take off the monthly payments you have already made, and the monthly payments then stop. While you pay monthly, the domain stays in Quorum Digital’s name. When you buy it out, or when the arrangement ends, we transfer the domain into your name. A care plan on its own does not change whose name the domain is in. We do not take this payment by card on this website yet. Enquire, or book a 15-minute call, and we arrange it with you.

What support is included

Expert includes 12 months of capped support. Expert Pro includes 24 months. Capped support covers fixes, uptime and form checks, and a couple of small text or photo changes a month.

Foundational is £99 for the first 5 clients, then £199. It includes 30 days of fixes. In exchange we ask for permission to showcase the site, a testimonial, and a Google review.

Nothing is due up front. You see the work first. Walk away from the draft and pay nothing. We ask for a 10% deposit on Expert (£49.90) and Expert Pro (£69.90) when you approve the preview and before the full build. The balance is paid by bank transfer before go-live. Foundational is the full price by bank transfer after preview approval, before go-live.

The domain

The domain is registered in your name. That is for a one-off package, from day one. The £99 package includes a basic domain. Renewal later is the registrar’s own fee.

On Expert pay-monthly, the domain stays in Quorum Digital’s name for the term. When you buy it out, or when the arrangement ends, we transfer the domain into your name. We do not promise that a pay-monthly domain is in your name from day one.

A care plan on its own does not change whose name the domain is in.

After the included support

After the included support, we offer optional care plans you can cancel any time. Care is £15 a month: hosting watch, uptime monitoring, 30 minutes of small edits, and a monthly one-page report. Care Plus is £35 a month: Care, plus 1 hour of edits, Google Business Profile posts, and a review-request link.
