A person choosing an accountant is usually comparing what is included, not the typeface. The useful page names who you act for, such as landlords, shops or limited companies, and what you will not take on. A fee belongs on the page only when it is your fee. We will not invent a “from” price to make the layout look complete.
Fixed fees need a boundary. If the fee covers the year-end accounts and the corporation tax return, but not bookkeeping and not an HMRC enquiry, the page should say so. Surprise invoices are how a neat website still loses the client.
Making Tax Digital is worth one plain paragraph if you support it. What records you need from the client, and whether you file for them. If you do not offer that support, leave the initials off. A practice that claims every service is harder to trust than a short one.
ICAEW, ACCA and AAT are not interchangeable. We show the body you belong to, and a membership number if you want it public. We do not imply a practising certificate you do not hold, and we do not stack three logos because the row looks official.
The client login is the reason many practices look past the cheaper packages. Foundational has no portal. Expert does not add one either. Expert Pro is where a simple login, or a booking link for a first meeting, is in the scope. One of those, agreed in the brief, not both unless we have said so first. If clients only email you, you may not need it.
Expert Pro is the package that suits an accountant who wants that login or that booking link. Expert suits a fee list and service pages without a login. Foundational suits a small practice whose whole public offer fits three pages. The trades hub links the other buyer pages and the town pages.

Where does Making Tax Digital fit?
In a short explanation, if you actually help clients with it. Say what you need from them and whether you submit on their behalf. If you do not offer it, we leave it off.
Which memberships can we show?
ICAEW, ACCA or AAT, and only the ones you hold. A membership number can sit beside the letters. We do not add a body you are not in.
Is a client login included in every package?
No. A client login, or a booking link, is part of Expert Pro. Foundational and Expert give people a form or a mail link, not a portal.
Which package should a practice choose?
