Coventry is a city, and a page that pretends we are around the corner would be dishonest. It is about 10 miles south of Nuneaton. There is no Coventry office, and we do not turn up unannounced. Face-to-face meetings are by arrangement. Video is the default, and it is how the brief, the draft, and the questions in between will usually run.

That still reaches a lot of the city: the city centre, independents in Earlsdon, trades in Foleshill, businesses around Walsgrave and Binley, and companies out at Tile Hill. The wider Coventry and Warwickshire business community is in range when the work is an ordinary small-firm site, not a large rebuild.

A workshop on an estate and a cafe in Earlsdon should not share a homepage, but both lose people when the page is slow, vague, or awkward on a phone. That is the problem we are there to fix.

We cannot point at a finished Coventry client. Real local examples are coming. No borrowed reviews and no made-up logos. Samples on the work page are fiction, and the page marks them as fiction.

Meant for a compact site. The limit is three pages, with a contact form or the booking link you already have. The domain is registered in your name, and you get one round of changes. Seven days to build, starting when copy and images have arrived, then a further 30 days in which we put right what is wrong. We ask permission to showcase the result, a Google review, and a short testimonial. Hosting targets a free tier. That is why you are not on a monthly website fee. Designing a new logo, selling online, and a portal for customers are not part of it. Renewal later is the registrar’s own charge.

Expert

or £9.99 a month (6-month minimum)

A broader build than the first package. Search is set up, revision rounds go to two, and support is capped across 12 months. Inside the cap: faults fixed, checks that the site stays up and the form works, and a few small text or photo edits across the month. From the day your content is ready, allow a fortnight.

Expert Pro

£699

Take the Expert build and add pages, including pages for the districts you cover. Also choose a booking link or a client login. Support of that capped kind lasts 24 months. The brief picks one of those two extras. We only do both if it was settled before we began.

After the included support, we offer optional care plans you can cancel any time. Care is £15 a month: hosting watch, uptime monitoring, 30 minutes of small edits, and a monthly one-page report. Care Plus is £35 a month: Care, plus 1 hour of edits, Google Business Profile posts, and a review-request link.

Expert and Expert Pro take a 10% deposit, and the rest is paid before go-live. On a one-off package the domain is registered in your name. On pay-monthly it stays in ours until you buy it out.
