Expert Site — £499–£999
The fuller one. More pages, search setup, the domain, and a way to publish a change without uploading files by hand. Login and stored client details when the job needs them. One price, agreed first.
After it is live
Hosting is aimed at free tiers, so the site itself is not a monthly bill. The domain renewal is the registrar’s fee. Small updates later are optional — monthly, or when you ask.

What the £99 covers
In: up to 3 pages (Home, Services/About, Contact); works on a phone; contact form or booking link; a basic domain; hosting set up on a free tier; 1 revision; you supply the copy and images; 7 days once that is in.
Not in the £99: no new logo, no online shop, no client portal. Domain renewal later is the registrar’s own fee.
Later: small updates are a separate option, monthly or when you need them.
Expert
Expert Site — £499–£999
For when three pages is not enough. More of the site, set up so you can be found, with the domain and an automated deploy included. You get a clear figure before any work starts.
A local firm that has outgrown three pages — services, the towns you cover, a booking link, and a simple login for quotes — is the usual reason for this range.

Can you sort the domain and going live?
Yes. The £99 Foundational Site includes a basic domain and getting the site live on free-tier hosting. An Expert Site includes that too, plus an automated way to publish a change. You are not signing up to a monthly website fee. Help with small changes later is optional.
How is a Foundational Site different from an Expert Site?
Foundational is the smaller one: three pages, a basic domain, one revision, seven days, £99 for the first five. Expert is £499–£999: more pages, search setup, the domain, automated deploy, two revisions, and two weeks. A login and stored client details are there when the job needs them.
Why does Expert run from £499 to £999?
It depends on how many pages you need, and whether there is a booking tool, a login, or client details to store. It also depends on how finished your content is. You get one figure before we start.
Can’t I just use a website builder?
You can. Plenty of people do. This is for when you want it done, without the evenings lost to a template that is nearly right. The code is yours. You are not stuck in a builder.
When does the clock start?
The day we agree your copy, images, and contact details are ready. Emails back and forth, and waiting on photos, do not count against the seven days or the two weeks.
What if I need a logo, or the words written?
That is not in either price. Bring your own, or we can point you at a simple option. On an Expert Site we match colours and pictures to what you already use. We build around what you provide.
Do you do online shops or a monthly retainer?
No shop on either site. The build does not come with a monthly fee. After launch, small updates are optional — a small monthly arrangement, or just when you need a change. Apps and longer advisory work are separate, if you want them later.
